The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof and must be emailed to dilkashdesigns21@gmail.com.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Non-Returnable Items

All other orders are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes personalized items, gift cards, or products marked as non-returnable on the website.
3. Return Shipping

If your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return shipping instructions at no extra cost.
4. Refund Process

After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process your refund.
